My wife and I decided to purchase a new home. Mrs. Debbie Knodle was the realtor representing the beautiful Three Hammer Construction property we liked. We found Debbie to be forthright, detail oriented, and easy to talk with about purchasing the new home. We felt so comfortable with Debbie that we soon decided to have her represent us both the new purchase and in selling our existing property.
It is no secret that selling houses in today’s market is difficult at best. Nonetheless, Debbie was able to aggressively market our house I multiple ways and show the property to several prospective buyers. Eventually, an out of the area buyer communicated interest in our house. Debbie worked diligently with the buyer’s agent and we were able to sell our property at an attractive price. This allowed us to purchase our new home. There is very little doubt on our part that without Debbie’s desire to get the “job done’” we would not have sold our property and be celebrating Christmas in our new home this year.
